To open our heart we must feel and that means we could get hurt.

In reality, we hurt ourselves because we cannot accept the truth. Either because of a lack of compassion, understanding, or the judgments placed where love should be in our hearts.

When our hearts are truly open, there is no room for judgments.

We can hold space for the truth, without feeling hurt because of some barrier instilled through life’s lessons.

Many of us are taught to deny ourselves for the benefit of others.

Some have had their light dimmed because the people, who are supposed to love them, placed judgments into their beliefs.

The truth is, if you are open to your hearts desire, there is truly is nothing that can keep you from living the life you desire.
